How Do I Order?
Online via our store or email info@opiadesign.co.za with the model and quantity needed and your location. One of our representatives will contact you within 1 or 2 working days. Delivery fees are calculated separately and sent to you via email.
We receive containers from Morocco several times a year. Should you wish to place a custom order, please get in touch with us for our next order deadline. To confirm your order, 50% of the total cost of your order will be required.
Do You Deliver?
We do deliver across South Africa at an additional delivery fee. We also have a strong logistic network to deliver internationally and directly from Morocco.
Do You Always Have Stock Available?
We keep stock of our zelliges and cement tiles in our Cape Town warehouse. Please refer to our product pages for the models immediately available in the country. Please expect an eight-week lead time for custom products and temporary stockouts.
Can You Order Samples?
You can order zellige samples online. Unfortunately, some of our products are too heavy/ voluminous for usual courier companies. Please address any special request by emailing info@opiadesign.co.za. Samples are shipped ground within 2-3 business days of your order. Transit times will vary depending on your proximity to cape town.
Do You Have An Installation Manual?
Installing our products is simple but each step must be followed meticulously. Please read our instructions carefully before starting; consider using a master tiler for your installation. For each product, please refer to our care guide section.
